Your affilition with the student is made directly to our higher education institution (ILCI) who will collect your membership dues.
The amount of this contribution, defined by ministerial order and payable to the URSAFF through our high school, was 198€ for the year 2009/2010.
Whether you contribute or not, simply indicate or select "CENTER 617 SMEREP" on your registration and to see your Social Security number (if you have not yet received SMEREP so requests).
Our institution uses a paper registration process :
The School gives you a membership from "Statement for the registration of a student" (from 1205) which includes three components. Under "local choice", write: Center SMEREP 617.
Vitale card is confidential and simplifies procedures.
It saves you from sending care sheets paper. Submit it to every health professional for a refund faster.
