How to get a student visa?

The procedures and conditions for obtaining a visa for studying in France are specific to each country. However, these procedures are quite similar to Japan, Korea, Mexico and the United States.

Since 1 June 2009, new regulations have been put in place procedures for students from Japan, Korea, Mexico and the U.S. have been simplified.

For students from countries listed above, you only need to bring his passport, a certificate of registration and a certificate of accommodation. Next we must follow the procedures and contact with the Embassy of France in his country. Following this, you will get a student visa for six months or a year.

The detailed process:

1.Contact establishment on registration and send a photocopy of his passport

2.If enroll in courses of FLE (French as a Foreign Language) and ask for his certificate of registration

Generally, the period of study in France depends on the project of the student.

If the student wishes to obtain six months visa, he must register at least four months of being FLE
If the student wishes to obtain a year (12 months) visa, he must register at least 8 months during FFL.
Upon receipt of the transfer tuition of the student, we will prepare the certificate of registration and will send a letter in CA (with acknowledgment of reception), the transfer fee and postage are the responsibility of student.

3.Frais Registration

The success rate for obtaining a visa to these countries is quite high.

However, if the student is worried about the risks of refusal, he may choose to pay a registration fee of 200 €. If ever a student visa is denied, we do not refund registration fees but we pay the tuition.
If the student does not wish to pay 200 € entry fee, in case of refusal of visa, the tuition cost will not be refunded.

4.After the visa (Concerns all students arrived in France for the first time):

When the student obtains a student visa, he will receive from the Embassy a document "Request for Certification OFII.
